Spring.............

In many parts of the country I realize are still in the throes of winter, but here for a few days it looks like Spring may be breaking through.  We have enjoyed warm temperatures for the past week,(which really made it hard to be sick!) and where grass has been exposed to the sun, it is starting to green up a bit.  We are supposed to have a nasty, but quick moving cold front through here tomorrow and Thursday, and be back into the high 40's on Friday.

Spring is my favorite time of year, the earth is in a renewal cycle that reminds me that in the grand scheme of things, I am not so important after all.  It keeps me grounded and reminds me that there is a higher power watching over not just me, but everyone.  Temperatures are warm, not yet uncomfortable, yet nights are still cool and crisp.  The promise of summer is just around the corner, as the world greens back up.

It is a great time to look at real estate, you can see that the seemingly dead trees and bushes are actually living growing things, which makes it easier to visualize how a propert will look throughout the summer months.  As we get later into spring, lawns will green up, leaving behind the gray and brown hues of winter.  Here in Cedar City, we are getting more listings to help buyers have a better selection of properties to chose from.

Anyway, I should cut this short, I need to get some things done this morning, but have a great day, and productive week!

If you're looking to buy or sell real estate in Cedar City, Utah; please give us a call.  We would love to earn your business!

You are so right! I love spring too. It also is one of the best times to buy and sell a home!

We have had such a mild winter here on the Treasure Coast (Florida's central east side), that it has felt like spring all winter.  I miss the few cold days we usually do get so I can use my fireplace.  Only used it twice all winter.  To use it more would mean turning on the AC to cool it down enough to enjoy the fire.

I think we are going to see the same outcome here in New Hampshire as we saw last year.  When will spring ever come?
