Yesterday we celebrated a little early with our Sunday Dinner of Corned Beef. We cheated a little and used sauerkraut instead of cooking cabbage, that is our non irishness coming out. Today is just a fun day in which everyone can just relax and have a little fun on what would normally just be another Monday! So smile, and enjoy the day. Have some fun and whether it's a nice plate of corn beef and cabbage, or green beer. Have a great day, and if it is the green beer, Watch out for the little people! Have a great day!
