Springtime

I really think that Spring may actually be here!  It is an absolutely gorgeous day!  With the arrival of Spring, are you ready?  Have you changed out the photographs of your listings that still show snow on the ground?  I am going to wait another week or two so that I can also take photographs with leaves on the trees.  It is a good time to refresh your photographs of your listings and make it appear that your houses haven't been ignored since Winter.

If you live in an area without snow, it may be a chance to make sure that you get photographs with a green, instead of a dormant lawn, and again, leaves on the trees.  It is all about attracting interest from buyers and anything that we can do to show homes in their best light, we should do.  With digital cameras, it is an easy and inexpensive thing to do.

I saw a listing this a.m. that is about $1,800,000 and it has a photo with snow on the ground.  Sad.  We haven't had snow in ages.

That is sad, especially on that large of listing.  We have several that we need to re-photograph in the next few weeks, but I have the excuse that it snowed here last weekend, so we're not so far out of getting it done!

We have to wait a bit longer here in Michigan.  Still having the last winter snow storms of the season.  Technically, it is spring, but sure feels like winter.  Another snow storm for the end of this week.  Great post and a good reminder.

We have been in the 70's for quite a while, but people are just starting to get their yards in shape, but winter photos tell the buyer your house how long your house has been on the market.
