Real Estate Thoughts.....................

Yesterday, Darcy and I decided to look around at the houses for sale in Victorville, California.  We looked online prior to setting out.  I can say that I wish that I had money to invest!  There were some incredible bargains!  Not all of the houses that we looked out were REO's either, some still are owner occupied.  It was eye opening, having my inlaws living here, we have an idea what the high point was price wise.  To see some of these nice newer homes priced where they are now, makes me realize how lucky we have been so far.

There were so many that looked like great deals, we compared it to a liquidation sale on a store that was going out of business sale.  I feel for the people that have lost their homes.  I just really wanted to say, eventhough this isn't our market, nor even our state, it is a great time to buy!  I don't know what other markets are like here in California, but in Victorville, it sure appears to me an outsider, that it is wonderful time to buy or move up!  Anyway, have a great day!

If you're looking to buy or sell real estate in Cedar City, Utah; please give us a call.  We would love to earn your business!

The high desert is fairly reasonable.  It's the place where folks from L.A. and Orange County come who are looking for more house for the money.  Also it's a great retirement area.

Lets hope that we are on a path to put those great deals back into thriving homes.

Tony and Darcy, I have heard the same thing from many California Realtors I know. A STRONG buyers market. Glad you got to look around and survey it for yourself.
